BOOKING + Cancellation policy

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments, but will only be charged if the cancellation, reschedule, no-show, or late arrival policy below applies.

- Less than 48 hours notice (but more than 24): 50% of the service cost will be charged.

- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 100% of the service cost will be charged.

- Late arrivals: if you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full cost will be charged.

- Reschedules: if you need to move your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it will be treated as a cancellation since that time was already set aside for you. The policy above will still apply.
